S. Senate is 8 9 10 11 12 FURTHER ORDERED that the statutory periods for seeking a recount, filing an relief shall not commence of all direct election contest, or seeking any other form of post-certification until a final judgment in this case has been entered, to include exhaustion appeals to the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court; and FURTHER ORDERED that this Preliminary Injunction, so modified, IS 13 14 15 hereby converted into a permanent injunction.
