The parties jointly request the extension because of the complex nature of the issues and underlying facts presented, the multiple counts involved, and the fact the motions address both liability and damages. The parties have conferred at length and attempted to narrow the issues to the extent possible, and both believe that extending the page limit will ensure the facts and issues are clearly and fully presented. For the above reasons, the parties believe the request is not excessive or unreasonable. Neither party expects the need to request further extensions of page limits in connection with their Replies or subsequent motions. WHEREFORE, the parties jointly request that this Court enter the proposed Order filed concurrently herewith to extend the page limits for summary judgment motions and responses to twenty-five (25) pages.
