Plaintiff has failed to comply with this Court's Order directing him to keep the Court apprised of any address change. Plaintiff, having been released from custody of Spring Creek Correctional facility on February 3, 2007, has failed to notify the Court of his change of address. THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED granting Defendant's Rule 41(b) Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Prosecute.
