The United States of America, Plaintiff, makes application in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 3205(b)(1) to the Clerk of the United States District Court to issue a Writ of Garnishment upon the judgment entered against Defendant Donny Thomas, who last resided at 2637 E. Edgemont Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85008-1042, in the above cited action in the amount of $7,777.62, and post-judgment interest at the rate of 5.45%, compounded annually. The total balance due on the judgment is $5,573.14, as of October 23, 2007. Demand for payment of the above-stated debt was made upon the debtor more than 30 days before this application, and debtor has failed to satisfy the debt.
