STIPULATION TO ENTRY OF
[PROPOSED] PROTECTIVE ORDER
REGARDING CONFIDENTIAL
INFORMATION

Defendants.

On September 8, 2009, the parties filed a Stipulation agreeing to the entry of a
proposed Protective Order Regarding Confidential Information (Dkt. # 46). The next
day, the Court denied the parties’ Stipulation without prejudice to submit a revised
protective order that takes into account standards set forth in the Court’s Order (Dkt. #
47).

The parties, through their respective undersigned counsel, hereby give notice that

they have lodged with the Court a proposed Protective Order Regarding Confidential
Information that has been revised to comply with the Court’s recent Order (the “Revised
Protective Order”). The parties stipulate and agree that the Court may enter the Revised
Protective Order. A copy of the Revised Protective Order is attached as “Exhibit A.” A

redline version showing the revisions made to the proposed protective order originally
filed on September 8, 2009, is attached as “Exhibit B.”
