Chrysler Group's motion to transfer 18 is granted as to Chrysler LLC, Chrysler Group, Daimler AG, Daimler-Benz AG, and DaimlerChrysler AG. The Clerk is directed to transfer this action, which after severance includes claims against Chrysler LLC, Chrysler Group, Daimler AG, Daimler-Benz AG, and DaimlerChrysler AG, to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
