IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall remand this matter to the Superior Court of the State of Arizona in and for the County o f Maricopa. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying Defendant's motion for protective order as moot. (Doc. 134 .) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying Plaintiff's motion to reconsider and to vacate this Court's previous order.
