Pursuant to LRCiv 7.3, the Defendants/Counterclaimants the State of Arizona and

Governor Janice K. Brewer and Plaintiff/Counterdefendants United States of America, et. al.,

jointly stipulate and request that the Court briefly extend the time for Counterclaimants to file
4
a response brief in opposition to the Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 154) until June 13, 2011. The
5
response brief is presently due on May 31, 2011.
6
The parties also stipulate and request that the Court grant a brief extension of time for
7
the Counterdefendants to file their reply brief in support of their motion to dismiss until July
8
12, 2011. The reply brief is presently due on June 22, 2011. A proposed order is submitted
9
herewith.
