unanimously to terminate Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart's ("Ogletree") Legal Services Agreement with Maricopa County.

Ogletree has not yet received definitive instructions from Maricopa County,

regarding what, if any, work it may do in this matter. 3. Ogletree also does not know who will serve as the MCSO Defendants'

counsel in this matter now that its Legal Services Agreement with Maricopa County has been terminated. 4. Accordingly, the MCSO Defendants request a three (3) week continuance

to resolve any issues related to the Board of Supervisors' vote and locate new counsel as needed. 5. MCSO Defendants note that in a different case facing the same

circumstances with respect to Ogletree's representation of the MCSO Defendants, a similar request was granted. See Order dated September 24, 2010, attached as Exh. A.
