The Court, upon having reviewed the United States of America and Defendants
18 Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and Joseph M. Arpaio’s Joint Motion to Remove the
19 Case to the Inactive Docket and Stay Proceedings, hearing arguments of the parties and
20 being advised in the premises, herein grants the Motion and removes this Case to the
21 Court’s inactive docket and stays any proceedings on the parties’ pending Motions for
22 Summary Judgment for a period of sixty (60) days or until further order of the Court.
