On January 12, 2015 Defendants filed a Notice of Removal. On February 4, 2015

16 the Magistrate Judge issued his Report and Recommendation recommending that this case
17 be remanded to Maricopa County Superior Court.
In his Report and Recommendation the Magistrate Judge advised the parties that

19 they had fourteen days from the date of service of a copy of the Report and
20 Recommendation within which to file specific written objections with the Court. The time
21 to file such objections has expired and no objections to the Report and Recommendation
22 have been filed.
The Court finds itself in agreement with the Report and Recommendation of the

Magistrate Judge.
IT IS ORDERED adopting the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate
