IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the January 26, 2016 Order (Doc. [1 1]) is vacated. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c), the Clerk shall remand this case to the Maricopa County Superior Court for the State of Arizona.
