Pursuant to the motion filed by the City of Tucson, and for good cause shown, IT IS ORDERED extending the time for responses to the Crossclaim filed by the City of Tucson to June 30, 2010. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Defendant Brewer's brief in response to the City of Tucson's request for preliminary injunction will be due by June 30, 2010. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the City of Tucson's reply brief in support of its motion for preliminary injunction will be due by July 9, 2010.
