On July 2, 2010, defendant Jan Brewer, in her official capacity as Governor of the State of Arizona ("Brewer"), filed a motion for judgment on the pleadings (doc. 68). The response from the City of Tucson On August 5, 2010, ("Tucson") is due August 10, 2010 (doc. 78).

Tucson and Brewer filed a stipulation for the dismissal without prejudice of Tucson's motion for a preliminary injunction (doc. 82). The Court granted the withdrawal of Tucson's motion for preliminary injunction on August 10, 2010 (doc. 83). Brewer and Tucson are now attempting to resolve open issues with respect to Brewer's motion for judgment on the pleadings. Accordingly, the parties stipulate and request that Tucson's response to Brewer's motion for judgment on the pleadings shall not be due until September 10, 2010.
