In light of this Court's rulings dismissing the claims of Plaintiff Martin Escobar and issuing a preliminary injunction against the enforcement of certain sections of SB 1070 in United States of America v. State of Arizona, et. al., the Court HEREBY DISMISSES the cross-claim filed by the City of Tucson without prejudice the City's right to reassert such claims in the event either of the above orders is reversed on appeal.
