ORDER, Plaintiff shall file, within thirty days of the entry of the Order, a Response to docket entry # 47 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Karl Byrd, Stewart, Bobby Brown, Bryant and a separate Statement of Disputed Facts that comply with the F ed. R. Civ. P. 56, Local Rule 56.1, and the instructions set forth in this Order. Plaintiff's failure to timely and properly comply with this Order may result in (a) all of the facts set forth in Defendants' summary judgment papers being de emed admitted by Plaintiff, pursuant to Local Rule 56.1(c); or (b) the dismissal of this action, without prejudice, pursuant to Local Rule 5.5(c)(2). Beard, Jr. for Ms. Angela R. Echols as their counsel of record in this case. See docket entry #29. Defendants have also requested a brief extension of the discovery deadline. See docket entry #30. The Court finds good cause for granting both requests. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT: 1. Defendants’ Motion to Substitute Attorney (docket entry #29) is GRANTED. 2.
