WHEREAS, on July 24, 2009, this Court issued a Civil Trial Scheduling Order in this matter, which included the following deadlines: · Deadline for initial designation of expert witnesses: January 5, 2010; · Deadline for designation of rebuttal expert witnesses: January 19, 2010; WHEREAS, the parties have met and conferred regarding the last day for initial designation of expert witnesses and the last day for designation of rebuttal expert witnesses; WHEREAS, the parties desire to ensure they have adequate time to designate expert witnesses and rebuttal expert witnesses; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED by the parties, through their counsel, that the parties shall have to and including January 19, 2010, to complete their initial designation of expert witnesses; and that the parties shall have to and including February 2, 2010 to designate rebuttal expert witnesses.
