On March 8, 2010, plaintiff Log Cabin Republicans ("Plaintiff") submitted to the Court, the Hon. Charles F. Eick presiding, Plaintiff's ex parte application (the "Ex Parte Application") for an Order Compelling That Certain Requests for Admissions Be Deemed Admitted or for Further Responses. Having considered the papers and evidence submitted by the parties, all other pleadings and records on file herein, and GOOD CAUSE APPEARING, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Ex Parte Application is GRANTED and the following Requests for Admissions from Plaintiff's First Set of Requests for Admissions are deemed admitted: Nos. 3, 4, 5, 10, 13, 14, 15, 81-117 and 119.
