In accordance with the Court's May 12, 2010 request (via email) that counsel lodge the parties' proposed order regarding the Stipulation, Dkt. # 168 and file a notice of lodging regarding the same, Plaintiff hereby lodges the parties' respective [Proposed] Orders. The parties' attempt to draft and agree on a single [Proposed] Order were unsuccessful; Defendants concluded there was no practical way to incorporate the parties' differing positions into one proposed order and, as a result, prepared their own and requested that both versions be submitted with this Notice.
