Case 3:09-cr-00085-CRS Document 115 Filed 08/06/10 Page 1 of 2 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT WESTERN DISTRICT OF KENTUCKY LOUISVILLE DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA VS KAREN CUNAGIN SYPHER PLAINTIFF CRIMINAL ACTION NO. 3:09CR-85-S DEFENDANT ORDER A jury was selected in this matter on July 12 and 13, 2010, and the matter was tried before that jury on July 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30, and August 2, 3 and 4, 2010. The United States was represented by Marisa J. Ford and John E. Kuhn, Jr., Assistant United States Attorneys, with the defendant being represented by James A. Earhart, CJA Counsel. The jury, after deliberation, reported on August 5, 2010, that unanimous verdicts of Guilty had been reached as to Counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Superseding Indictment. The verdicts were received, and the jury was thereafter polled and dismissed. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on October 27, 2010. The motion of the government for revocation of the defendant's bond was heard. After hearing, the motion was denied and the defendant was continued under the terms and conditions of her present bond pending her appearance at the sentencing date and time, or until further Order of the Court.
