Defendant TCS Education System filed a motion with this Court to dismiss Plaintiff Southern California Institute of Law's Complaint. This Court held a hearing on Defendant's motion on February 28, 2011. Counsel for all parties appeared at the hearing. This Court carefully considered the papers submitted in support of and in opposition to the motion, as well as the arguments of counsel at the hearing. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant's motion to dismiss is GRANTED. The Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to plead a claim upon which relief can be granted. IT IS SO ORDERED
