(2) The Court retains jurisdiction over this action for the purpose of enforcing
the parties' Settlement Agreement and Release, dated as of November 10, 2011.
(3) The hearing on the Order to Show Cause re Dismissal set for December
19, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. is hereby taken off calendar.
