WHEREAS, Defendants have filed a motion for partial summary judgment and scheduled a hearing date for this motion on April 9, 2012. 28 - 1 – Stipulation 1 WHEREAS, Plaintiff’s counsel has a prior commitment and pre-existing 2 obligation on April 9, 2012, and is unable to attend the hearing scheduled on that date 3 to take place in Los Angeles, California. 4 WHEREAS, Plaintiff’s counsel, as well as counsel for the remaining parties, are 5 available for a hearing on the next available motion date of April 16, 2012, at 1:30 6 p.m. 7 THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties who 8 have appeared in this action by and through their respective counsel of record and 9 pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Local Rules of the Central District of 10 11 California, and the Court’s Scheduling and Case Management Order that: (1) The motion hearing cut-off date contained on the last page of the 12 Scheduling and Case Management Order shall be extended by one (1) week to allow 13 for the motion hearing, relating to the pending motion for partial summary judgment, 14 to take place on April 16, 2012, at 1:30 p.m. or at any other date and time which may 15 16 be noticed by the Court. 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 So Stipulated And Approved: So Stipulated And Approved: s/ Jeffrey P.
