PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff LegalZoom.com, Inc. (“LegalZoom”)

submits the following Notice of Errata regarding the proposed order (ECF 122-1) that

LegalZoom filed in connection with the “Joint Stipulation to Seal LegalZoom.com,

Inc.’s Motion for Rule 11 Sanctions (ECF No. 121),” which was filed as in the United

States District Court, Central District of California, on September 26, 2014, as ECF

No. 122 (the “Joint Stipulation”).

Due to an inadvertent error, the wrong proposed order was electronically filed
with the Joint Stipulation. Accordingly, attached hereto is a true and correct copy of

the correct [Proposed] Order. A separate copy of the correct [Proposed] Order is

being lodged and a courtesy copy is being delivered to the Court’s chambers.
