Before this Court is Plaintiff LegalZoom’s (“LegalZoom”) Ex Parte

Application For (1) Order Shortening Time on Motion to Supplement The Record

Supporting LegalZoom’s Opposition to Rocket Lawyer’s Motion for Summary

Judgment, or (2) In the Alternative, To Continue the Hearing on the Pending Cross

Motions for Summary Judgment (the “Application”). Having considered

LegalZoom’s Application, the Memorandum of Points and Authorities in Support

thereof, the Declaration of Barak Vaughn, the Declaration of Aaron P. Allan, the

accompanying exhibits, and good cause appearing, the Court hereby GRANTS the

Application as follows:

at 9:30 a.m., to be heard concurrently with the currently scheduled cross-motions for

summary judgment. Any opposition to the Motion must be filed no later than
