NOTICES OF ERRATA AND CORRECTIONS 24 1) Volume 5 of 8 of the Joint Evidentiary Appendix, originally docketed as 25 ECF No. 174, did not contain all the correct exhibits and was corrected 26 immediately by ECF No. 175. 27 28 -1- The parties respectfully request that 1 Corrected Volume 5 of 8 (ECF No. 174) supersede and replace ECF No. 2 174; 3 2) With respect to the original Cross-Motions for Summary Judgment 4 docketed as ECF No. 181, the parties recognized that the filed document 5 inadvertently lacked the requisite joint signatures of counsel and 6 immediately filed an Amendment to Cross-Motions for Summary Judgment 7 as to Declaratory Judgment “CORRECTING ECF NO. 181,” docketed as 8 ECF No. 182. The parties respectfully request that ECF No. 182 supersede 9 and replace ECF No. 181. 10 3) With respect to the original Joint Statement of Uncontroverted Facts in 11 Support of Cross-Motions for Summary Judgment as to Declaratory 12 Judgment docketed as ECF No. 180, the parties discovered shortly after 13 filing that during the final approval exchanges of counsel, a prior, 14 unapproved version of this document was mistakenly filed.
