HAVING FOUND GOOD CAUSE APPEARING and pursuant to the

2 parties’ stipulation, the Court grants the relief requested as follows:

Pursuant to Rule 15(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,

4 Plaintiffs’ fourth amended complaint concurrently filed with the parties’ joint
5 stipulation is hereby filed as of the date of entry of this order;

Defendants shall file an answer to Claim One of Plaintiffs’ fourth

7 amended complaint within seven (7) days of the entry of this order and need not
8 respond to Plaintiffs’ other claims for relief in accordance with the Court’s October
9 21, 2013 Order (Dkt. 71 at 4).
