This matter's removal was therefore improper under section 1441 and section 1446, as complete diversity is lacking and Quality failed to join in or consent to the notice of removal. Because the Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction under sec tion 1332, Plaintiff's Motion to Remand is GRANTED, and this matter is REMANDED to the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, Central District.
