(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER GRANTING APPLICATION FOR
EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE A SECOND AMENDED
COMPLAINT
On December 19, 2016, Plaintiff Grant Gordon Otte filed a First Amended Complaint (“FAC”),
pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, against numerous defendants. (Docket Entry No. 9). On January 25, 2017,
the Court issued an order dismissing the FAC with leave to amend and ordered Plaintiff to file a Second
Amended Complaint no later than February 27, 2017 if he still wished to pursue this action. (Docket Entry
No. 10). On February 23, 2017, Plaintiff filed an application for enlargement of time to file objections to
the Order dismissing the complaint. (Docket Entry No. 11). Plaintiff requests an additional thirty days to
“file his objections, and/or any amendments the court allows him to make[.]” id. at 2. Plaintiff’s request for
additional time to file objections to the Court’s Order dated January 25, 2017 is DENIED. Plaintiff’s request
for additional time to file a Second Amended Complaint is GRANTED. The Second Amended Complaint
is now due on March 27, 2017.
