Plaintiffs have submitted a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal without prejudice of this
action pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1). The pleadings of this case reflect that no class
has been certified, there is no receiver and neither an answer nor a motion for summary
judgment has been filed in this matter.
It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that this matter is
DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1), and each
party is responsible for bearing its own costs of litigation.
