A substantial part of the events or omissions giving rise 24 to the claim(s) occurred in Fresno County, which lies within the 25 venue of the Eastern District of California. 26 Venue therefore properly lies in the Eastern District. 27 1391(b). 28 // See 28 U.S.C. § 84(b).
