Upon initiation of this action, Plaintiff also filed an application to proceed in forma 17 pauperis. The application did not contain the necessary authorization for withdrawals from his 18 prisoner trust account. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 19 1. Within forty-five days from service of this order, Plaintiff shall file the attached 20 application to proceed in forma pauperis, completed and signed, or in the alternative, pay the 21 $400.00 filing fee for this action; 22 2. No extension of time will be granted without a showing of good cause; and 23 3.
