On April 20, 2017, Plaintiff filed a complaint and a prisoner trust 19 fund account statement. However, Plaintiff did not file an application to proceed in forma 20 pauperis in this action. 21 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 22 1. The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff an application to proceed in forma pauperis by a prisoner; 23 2. 24 Within forty-five (45) days from the date of service of this order, Plaintiff shall file 25 the attached application to proceed in forma pauperis, completed and signed, or in 26 the alternative, pay the $400.00 filing fee for this action; 3. 27 28 No extension of time will be granted without a showing of good cause; and /// 1 1 4. 2 The failure to comply with this order will result in dismissal of this action, without prejudice. 3 4 5 IT IS SO ORDERED.
