Beginning on or before 5/15/2017, defendants shall report to the Special Master monthly concern ing all inmate-patients referred for inpatient care whose referrals are rejected or rescinded. This matter is SET for hearing on 11/3/2017 at 10:00 AM in Courtroom 3 (KJM) before District Judge Kimberly J. Mueller for consideration of findings of contempt and requirement of payment of fines that may have accumulated on or after 5/16/2017. This matter is SET for status conference and, as necessary, a one day evidentiary hearing on 8/29/2017 at 10:00 AM in Courtroom 3 (KJM) before Dist rict Judge Kimberly J. Mueller to address achievement of full compliance with the 24 hour Program Guide transfer timeline to mental health crisis beds. Not later than 7/28/2017, the parties shall file a joint report.
