Memorandum dated April 22, 2008, concerning the lockdown and list of 28 inmates who were subject to modified programming; 1 Defendant’s Exhibit List (2:09-cv-3525-KJM-AC (PC)) 1 g. Counseling chronos indicating Plaintiff’s refusal to work dated 9/3/08; 2 h. CDCR Form 115, Rules Violation Report dated 10/21/09 for refusal to report to 3 4 5 job assignment; i. Plaintiff’s time sheets for 2008; Defendant objects to three exhibits as set forth on Plaintiff’s exhibit. Specifically, 6 Plaintiff’s exhibits 4, 5, and 8.
