Exhibit O, ECF No. 171-15, was an earlier version of the transcript of the deposition of Dr. Tom

Wong, which misspelled his name, and in which the text of his filled-in errata sheet was inadvertently

removed in the course of preparing the exhibit. The Exhibit was also missing page 16 of the

4

transcript, which is cited in the United States’ Reply. In order to correct these inadvertent minor

5

errors, the United States has attached hereto a corrected version of Exhibit O.
