Having considered Plaintiff the United States’ Motion for a Stay of the case pending the
15
resolution of the appeal of this Court’s preliminary injunction order and order on the motion to
16
dismiss, which is docketed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit as Case No. 18-16496,
17
Defendants’ opposition, Plaintiff’s reply, and the parties’ presentations at oral argument, this Court
18
GRANTS the motion and orders a STAY in proceedings until the Ninth Circuit has ruled on that
19
appeal. Within 30 days after the issuance of the mandate by the Ninth Circuit, Parties shall confer and
20
file a joint status report detailing how they believe that the case should proceed in light of that ruling.
