ORDER (1) REQUIRING ANSWER, (2) REFERRING CASE TO MEDIATION PROGRAM, AND (3) FOR SCHEDULING. Defendant Gilberto Medrano dba El Dorado Towing must file and serve an answer to the amended complaint 7 , no later than 3/3/08. This case is now refered to Magistrate Judge Vadas for mediation proceedings pursuant to the Pro Se Prisoner Mediation Program. The proceedings will take place within 60 days of the date this order is filed. Magistrate Judge Vada will coordinate a time and date for a media tion proceeding with all interested parties and/or their representatives and, within 5 days after the conclusion of the mediation proceedings, file wiht the court a report for the prisioner mediation proceedings. All discovery must be completed by 5/ 2/08. A furhter telephonic case management conference will be held 5/14/08 at 3:30 pm. No later than 5/2/8, each party must file and serve a written list of his intended witnesses for trial. The parties must fully comply with the pretrial instruct ions sent with this order. A pretrial conference will be held 7/7/08 at 10:00 a.m.. The trial will commence 7/8/08 at 3:30 a.m.. Signed by Judge Susan Illston.
