(“Defendants,” 3 and together with Oracle, the “Parties”) request that the Court order the Clerk of the Court to file 4 under seal Exhibit 8 to the Declaration of Tharan Gregory Lanier in Support of Defendants’ 5 Oppositions to Oracle’s Motions in Limine, which Defendants will lodge with the Court on May 6 11, 2012. 7 The requested relief sought is necessary and narrowly tailored to protect the alleged 8 confidentiality of the content of Oracle’s information put at issue by Defendants’ Oppositions to 9 Oracle’s Motions in Limine.
