Defendants submit the attached amended trial exhibit list, which supplements and amends Defendants' original Trial Exhibit List, Docket No. 733, filed on August 5, 2010, to correct minor errors and inadvertent omissions from the original list. The list of Defendants' Trial Exhibits (Amended), attached hereto as Exhibit A, contains those exhibits that will be offered as evidence in Defendants' case in chief in support of their claims and defenses. The attached amended trial exhibit list is based on the claims and defenses currently asserted in this case and may be updated in light of the parties' ongoing efforts to streamline trial and depending on the Court's rulings on pending motions in limine and Daubert motions.
