Pending before this Court is Plaintiffs' Administrative Motion to Permit Plaintiffs to File Under Seal Defendants' Information Supporting Plaintiffs' Daubert Motions, Oppositions to Defendants' Motions in Limine, and 17 U.S.C. § 410(c) Motion (D.I. 784, and hereafter "Motion to Seal"). Through the Motion to Seal and supporting documentation, Plaintiffs Oracle USA, Inc., Oracle International Corporation, and Siebel Systems, Inc. (collectively, "Plaintiffs"), together with SAP AG, SAP America, Inc., and TomorrowNow, Inc. (collectively, "Defendants," and with Plaintiffs, the "Parties"), request an Order sealing certain information contained in Exhibit A to the Declaration of Holly A. House in Support of Plaintiffs' Motion No. 1: To Exclude Testimony of Defendants' Expert Stephen Clarke.1 Having considered Plaintiffs' Motion to Seal and the documents filed in support, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: Plaintiffs' Motion to Seal is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court shall file under seal the unredacted versions of the following documents that were lodged with the Court on August 20, 2010: portions of pages 51, 126, and 244-247 of Exhibit A to the Declaration of Holly A. House in Support of Plaintiffs' Motion No. 1: To Exclude Testimony of Defendants' Expert Stephen Clarke.
