Pending before this Court is Plaintiffs Oracle USA, Inc., Oracle International Corporation and Siebel Systems, Inc.'s (collectively, "Plaintiffs") Administrative Motion to File Under Seal Information Supporting Plaintiffs' Opposition to Defendants' Motion to Exclude Expert Testimony of Paul K. Meyer ("Motion to Seal"). Having considered (1) Plaintiffs' Motion to Seal; (2) the Declaration of Zachary J. Alinder in Support of Plaintiffs' Motion to Seal; (3) the Stipulation to Permit Plaintiffs' to File Under Seal; (4) Exhibit A to the Declaration of Nitin Jindal in Support of Plaintiffs' Opposition to Defendants' Motion to Exclude Expert Testimony of Paul K. Meyer ("Jindal Declaration"); and, (5) Exhibit E to the Jindal Declaration, all of which were lodged with the Court on September 10, 2010: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Plaintiffs' Motion to Seal is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court shall file under seal the unredacted versions of: · Portions of Exhibit A to the Jindal Declaration at ¶¶ 125, 126, 139, 149, 227 and 445; and Portions of Exhibit E to the Jindal Declaration.
