On April 3, 2017, plaintiff United States of America filed its "Position on Motion for
Approval of Private Sale of Real Property," in which it states the government has no
objection to confirmation of the private sale, provided certain statutory requirements are
met, including publication of the terms thereof no less than ten days prior to confirmation.
On April 4, 2017, defendant Fremont Bank filed a joinder in the United States' Position.
