We do not believe these issues need to be resolved before the PI motion and we need time to i n v e s t i g a t e and o p p o s e t h e a l l e g a t i o n s r e g a r d i n g s p o l i a t i o n m a d e b y t h e S t u d i o s . W e c a n n o t possibly marshal the evidence needed and draft o u r opposition to y o u r motion in the next week o r so given all that w e have going on to prepare f o r t h e preliminary injunction motion.
