ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Defendants' motion to dismiss and for summary judgment is GRANTED. (Docket # 29.) The claims against defendants Salgado and Mora are dismissed without prejudice to plaintiff filing an action against them if he ever compli es with the requirement for exhaustion of administrative remedies. Judgment will be entered in the other defendants' favor and against plaintiff. In light of the foregoing, the court dismisses as unnecessary the second motion to dismiss and for summary judgment.
