U.S. District Court, Northern District of California San Francisco Division Case No. CV 09-5298 MHP I, the undersigned, say: I am and was at all times herein mentioned a resident of the County of Los Angeles, over the age of eighteen (18) years and not a party to the within action or proceeding. My business address is 9720 Wilshire Boulevard, Penthouse Suite, Beverly Hills, California 90212, and I am employed in the office of Keats McFarland & Wilson LLP, by a member of the Bar of this Court, at whose direction the service mentioned herein below was made. 10 I am readily familiar with the normal business practices of my employer for the collection and processing of correspondence and other materials for mailing with the United States Postal Service.
