[PROPOSED] CONSENT ORDER THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the CONSENT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT, filed by Plaintiff Daniel M. Miller and Defendant Facebook, Inc. The Court being fully advised in the premises, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion is GRANTED. Defendant Facebook, Inc. is directed to file its motion under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (the "1404(a) Motion"). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the time for Defendant Facebook, Inc. to move, plead or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint is hereby extended until two weeks after the date that the Court enters its order ruling on the 1404(a) Motion.
