January, 2011 Krista Holt is a Vice President for The Kenrich Group in their DC office and leads the firm's Intellectual Property practice. The Kenrich Group is an integrated consulting firm specializing in litigation and valuation services for Intellectual Property, Commercial Damages, Construction, Government Contracting, Utilities, Financial Institutions and Business Consulting. Ms. Holt has provided expert witness testimony for issues related to patent, trade secret, copyright, trademark, antitrust and breach of contract, including strategic consulting, valuation and analysis of damages claimed in litigation, including lost profits, reasonable royalties, price erosion, competition, accounting of defendant's profits and valuation of intellectual property and enterprise value. Prior to becoming a Vice President for The Kenrich Group, Ms. Holt was a Managing Director for Ocean Tomo and led the firm's Washington DC Expert Testimony Practice. Prior to its acquisition by Ocean Tomo, Ms. Holt was a Senior Consultant for Tait Advisory Services' Intellectual Property Practice. Before becoming an intellectual property consultant in 2001, Ms. Holt worked for eleven years in industry accounting and marketing management for companies including Western Express, Inc., Salvucci Engineers, Inc. and InterMedia Marketing. She served as the senior financial officer for two companies and as Director of Marketing for a third. Ms. Holt is an active member of the American Bar Association, Intellectual Property Owners Association, Licensing Executive Society, International Trademark Association and the National Association for Certified Valuation Analysts. Ms. Holt is a Certified Licensing Professional. She has lectured on a variety of intellectual property topics for the American Bar Association, Licensing and Executives Society, DRI, Harvard Law and various other organizations and universities. Ms. Holt's practice provides economic testimony, valuation and strategic counseling in patent licensing and infringement matters. Ms. Holt draws on her experience in patent litigation, valuations and licensing negotiations which enhance the quality and credibility of her forensic analyses. She has provided services including expert testimony, valuation and consulting in over one hundred intellectual property cases. Ms. Holt has provided services including expert testimony, valuation, and consulting in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, computer software, surgical equipment, DVD equipment, athletic equipment, biotechnology, tobacco, internet technology, commercial machinery, financial services, semi-conductors, hospitality, medical supplies, restaurants, automotive aftermarket, professional services, hedge funds, computer technology, visual arts, retail and wholesale consumer products, distilled spirits, educational products and manufacturing.
