This matter came before the Court on the Administrative Motion To File Under Seal filed by Plaintiff Daniel Miller pursuant to Civil Local Rule 79-5(b) and (c) and General Order 62. Facebook seeks to file under seal portions of the Expert Report of Krista Holt, filed as Exhibit L in support of Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. No. 112); portions of Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment, which incorporates excerpts from the Holt Report; and Exhibit J to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment. Having considered the papers filed in support of Plaintiff's Motion to Seal, including the Declaration of Morvarid Metanat, dated March 10, 2011, the Court ORDERS that the motion is GRANTED, as follows: (1) The following portions of the Expert Report of Krista Holt, filed as Exhibit L in
