WHEREAS Plaintiff Daniel M. Miller (“Plaintiff”) filed his Motion for Default of
Judgment (“Motion”) seeking entry of default judgment, including a permanent injunction against

Defendant Yao Wei Yeo (“Yeo”);

WHEREAS Plaintiff, having served a copy of its Motion and Proposed Judgment on April

WHEREAS Yeo did not oppose Plaintiff’s Motion; and

The Court, having read and considered the Motion, declarations, and exhibits on file in this
